How does Cathars Crusade work with tokens?

Two Human creature tokens will enter the battlefield, and Cathars’ Crusade will trigger twice. Then, you’ll put both triggered abilities onto the stack, and each one gives both your Humans (and any other creatures you might control) a +1/+1 counter when it resolves, resulting in a pair of 3/3s.
Do tokens enter at the same time?
They enter at the same time, but each one is a separated creature entering the battlefield. So you put 3 tokens on the battlefield with Elspeth; Crusade’s ability triggers three times; when each trigger resolves, each token gets a +1/+1 counter; so each token ends up with three counters.
